MAC LIPGLASS 101

Hello BEAUTIFUL people!

I hope everyone is having a great week!!

So I absolutely LOVE MAC. 

But sometimes they can be so confusing with all the different types of products they have within a product.

Lipgloss is something I am just getting into with MAC and just wanted to share with you some helpful descriptions I got from a MAC artist.

LETS GET STARTED!!

Kissable Lipcolour 

is MAC newest. It's not a long wear formula but it's the smoothest and the most pigmented out of our glosses. You could easily wear alone, or pump up the volume on any lipstick..

It's not stick or goopy - just make sure to apply a very thin layer.

What MAC says: 

 Luscious in pay-off and application. Kissable Lipcolour applies with the smooth glide of a lip gloss, then finishes with the creamy pigment-rich look of a lipstick. New slimline vial complete with doe-foot applicator.

Cremesheen

Glass gives you more sheer colour with a softer shine and feels really creamy.  It hydrates the lips and is applied with the doe-foot applicator.

What MAC says:  

A lip finish that fuses the creamy, sheen-filled nature of Cremesheen Lipstick with the shine f MAC lipglass. Soft, comfortable, non-sticky. Applies with a doe-foot applicator. Use as a top layer to its namesake Lipstick or on its own.

Dazzleglass 

is a very high shine gloss adds intense sparkle and dimension to your lips.

What MAC says:  

Lipcolour that dazzles with light and shine to bring an exciting dimensional pop to your lips. Large particle reflect and refract light to mimic the brilliance of quarts and opal crystal. Provides exceptional shine with a crystalline iridescence. Non-stick lightweight and moisturizing. Glides on. Wear alone, or layer over lipstick or Lipglass for dramatic effect. Features our signature MAC vanilla aroma.

Dazzleglass Creme 

feels very lightweight adds brilliant sparkle with a creamy, cushiony feel to the lips.

What MAC says:  

MAC cult favorite Dazzleglass with a creamier, smoother, but no less shiny or dazzling effect. For those who are drawn to the luxe of cream lips, but still want the dazzling allure of its inspiration, this is it.

Lustreglass 

also feels lightweight and is a fusion of lustre and our original Tinted Lipglass formula.  It creates a beautiful pearl-like glaze on the lips with a soft, sparkle finish.

What MAC says:  

Two high - powered effects - Lustre and Glass - in one new lip finish. This amazing ornammental finish shines the lips with hi-shine overlaid with various tones of pearlized glaze. Beyond sexy. Transcends all known shine.

Plushglass 

sheer lipgloss is designed to create the appearance of fuller lips.  It contains a blend of ingredients to cool and gently warm the lips at the same time, letting you know the formula is at work.

What MAC says: 

Sheer lip colour with a pearlized high-shine gloss finish. Comfortable to wear: lush, multi-dimensional. Gives a cool-warm, vanilla buzz to the lips. Moisturizes, soothes and visibly plumps the lips to make them look luxuriously healthy and well-conditioned. Dare to Wear Lipglass (limited edition) 

 gives intense, full coverage colour with a holographic pearl finish.  The gel formula is our highest shine gloss with the most coverage.

Superglass 

has snowflake-shaped pearls to provide sparkling shine with medium-translucent coverage.

Marcel Wanders Lipglass 

is lightweight and balmy with sheer coverage and glossy shine.
